Cityzone Architectural Engineering Consultants (“Cityzone”, “we”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
Information we collect
Contact details you provide — your name, phone number, email and any message — when you use our contact form, email us, call us, or message us on WhatsApp.
Project information you choose to share so we can prepare a proposal or design, such as plot location and requirements.
Basic technical data, and — if you reach us through one of our advertisements — campaign identifiers such as UTM tags used to measure which advert brought you to us.
WhatsApp and Meta
We communicate with customers through the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta. When you message us on WhatsApp, your message and phone number are processed by Meta under Meta’s own Privacy Policy, and by us to respond to you and provide our services.
How we use your data
To respond to your enquiries and provide architectural and engineering consultancy.
To prepare quotations and designs, and to manage your project.
To send you service-related updates, and — only with your consent — information about our services.
Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform our services. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate — such as Meta (WhatsApp), Google, and our customer-management tools — and with authorities where required by law.
Retention
We keep your personal data only as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it.
International transfers
Some of our providers (for example Meta and Google) may process data outside the UAE. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data remains appropriately protected.
Your rights
