What this covers

The personal data we may hold about you — your name, phone number, email, the content of your messages (including WhatsApp), and any project information you shared with us.

How to request deletion

Email us at info@cityzoneuae.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, or message us on WhatsApp at +971 2 666 2049.

Please send your request from the phone number or email you used to contact us, so we can verify it, and tell us what you would like deleted.

What we do

We verify your request and delete the personal data we hold about you within 30 days. We also instruct our service providers (such as WhatsApp/Meta and Google) to delete data they hold on our behalf.

We may retain a limited amount of data where the law requires us to keep it; if so, we will tell you what and why.

Confirmation

We will confirm once your data has been deleted.
